About Me

Special Designations: ASA

I have found that my clients want to know me before they hire me. That's understandable. People want to do business with like-minded people so let me tell you a little bit about me.

I feel very fortunate to have been born and raised on the North Shore of Vancouver.  In my opinion with the proximity and beauty of the ocean, the excellent local mountains and the cultural diversity, I cannot see living in any location but the North Shore.

After receiving my Arts & Sciences degree in 1987, I felt that real estate was the career path best suited for me. After being the #1 sales agent for Whiski Jack Resorts, I completed my real estate licensing course from the Sauder school of business in 1990. In my first year I was the top rookie for Sea to Sky Real Estate.

I have consistently been a high volume producing caring Realtor and strive to give my clients exemplary service that is honest, accountable with the highest level of integrity.  A significant amount of my business is from past clients and referrals of past clients.

Over the course of my career, I have had the pleasure of working for fine real estate companies.  I can honestly say that Royal LePage is the best real estate company that I have been associated with.  As well as being Canada's longest serving brokerage (1913), is 100% Canadian ownedand with an agent network of over 16,000 agents and 600 offices from coast to coast.

Outside of real estate I am an avid squash and tennis player and am members at Evergreen Squash Club and Capilano tennis club.  My other passions are skiing, golf & acoustic guitar.

With each real estate transaction I donate happily to the Operation Smile organization which performs operations on children born with facial deformities.

With my 30 year blemish free real estate career and the strength of Royal LePage Sussex, I can assure you our working relationship will be a happy and safe one.
